The materials which are used at building.
For building of wooden houses and baths we use wood of coniferous breeds. Mainly it is a pine, the larch is more rare.
We don`t use the fur-tree like a matireal for walls, as properties of its wood are slightly worse because of smaller density and the smaller contents of pitches, thus it can be recommended for manufacturing of bearing elements of overlappings (a beam, slegs).

| Laft`s thickness can vary from 20 to 25 sm. Walls will look equal both outside, and from within while using laft, but individuality and an aesthetics of manual cabin will be thus saved. | |
If need we can use non-standard length logs ( 7-12 m.) Disadvantage of these logs is that it is seriously reflected in final cost of building. | |
Especially it is necessary to note using of the winter wood which prepared during the winter period when there is the least quantity of a moisture contains in the wood. Its use for building essentially reduces term of the shell sitting, reduces probability of formation a big quantity of cracks and gives the chance to start other works (filing of ceilings, the system of floors etc.) much earlier. |
