A well-built log house made of pine round logs stays warm in winter and cool in the summer heat. Special preservative is used to protect the wood from insects, making it water- and fireproof. The ground floor is designed like a studio (a living room is merged with a kitchen and a dining room), which allows the hostess to spend more time with the family. There is also a bedroom, a spacious hall, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a utility room. The mansard floor comprises three bedrooms, two of which have access to a balcony, and a bathroom.

During the construction process on the construction lot, you can control the process yourself or hire an independent expert to supervise the quality of any concealed work.
