It is reliable and sturdy, and does not look massive due to a terrace and a porch that enliven the façade. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen, a steam room with a shower and a changing room, a storeroom, a toilet, a living room and a bedroom. The mansard floor includes two spacious bedrooms, a dressing room, a hall and a bathroom.
