A compact house for a family of up to six. The ground floor is designated entirely for common use: there is a living room, an eat-in kitchen, an entrance hall, a shower room and a toilet. You can use the space under the stairs in the living room to organise a play area for children, set up a dressing room or a library. The mansard floor is divided into three bedrooms and a hall. A 18.1m² square covered terrace allows you to install a large dining set or several workout machines.
