A family of up to eight people will live comfortably in this well-built wooden house with a modern and convenient open floor plan: there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower cabin, and a sauna. Pine wood creates a cosy and peaceful atmosphere and has healing properties. The covered porch protects the entrance from precipitation, the anteroom does not let the cold air into the living quarters when the doors are opened. You can go outside straight from the dining area in the combined eat-in kitchen and living room.

All wooden house projects available on our website have been designed to meet specific customers' requirements and needs. If you like any particular project, you can request it in its entirety. Alternatively, based on the project of your choice, we can make changes to the inner layout and exterior view of a wooden house.
The production cost of a new project is 250 rubles per 1m² of the total area.
