This well-built, compact house made of pine two-edged cant is designed for a family of up to four - there are two bedrooms here. More than half of the total floor area is dedicated to a combined living room, kitchen and dining room, which has access to a spacious covered terrace: it is quite convenient for parties with friends and children’s games outdoors. An anteroom blocks off cold air and does not allow any outside noise and smell into the living quarters. A special boiler room with a street entrance ensures good fire safety.
