This Scandinavian-style wooden house is built from pine two-edged cant. Approximately half of the ground floor area is occupied by a combined living room, dining room and kitchen with access to a covered terrace, where you can set up a cosy recreation area in fresh air. Two separate rooms can be used according to your needs: as bedrooms, as one bedroom and a study or nursery, as a study and a nursery. The mansard floor is divided into four bedrooms and a spacious hall. A special room with a street entrance is used as a boiler room.

The production cost of a new project is 250 rubles per 1m² of the total area.
