This frame house does not need a massive foundation and can be built in three months. The ground floor comprises an eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms, a toilet and a shower room. The spacious entrance hall provides enough rough to install a sliding door wardrobe; the area under the stairs can serve as a storage room. The attic floor is divided into two double bedrooms and a small hall. The covered porch allows for family or friendly gatherings outdoors in rainy weather.
