This house does not require unreasonable spendings on heating: timber has really good thermal insulation properties; an entrance hall blocks off cold air from the outside. Its living room, dining room and kitchen create a single space, which makes the ground floor look especially spacious. There is a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. A boiler room has an additional entrance from the porch - this is quite convenient when using firewood and coal. The mansard floor comprises three bedrooms, a large hall and a bathroom. You can fit out the covered terrace for recreation and children’s games.
